Returns
We would like to make this as easy as possible. For your convenience, on non-personalized items, you can use the label attached to the packing slip and pay the
postage yourself. Original shipping/handling fees are not refundable. Returns should have the packing slip included. Without the packing slip, a merchandise
credit will be issued for the current price of the item(s) returned. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
Exchanges
Should you request an exchange on non-personalized items, please be sure to include your packing slip in your package and return within 30 days of delivery. When
we receive your original purchase, we will ship your order and pay the return postage for exchanges only.
Changes In Your Order “Before” It Is Printed.
If you notice an error in one of your order confirmations, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes before
it is printed. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order on time. It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed at the printer.
Changes Or Errors In Your Order “After” It Is Printed
In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 40% discount.
Errors Made By LisaRobinDesigns.com or Printer
If any order were to contain an error misprint cause by our stafff or the printer, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after it is processed and sent to be printed, you may incur a cancellation fee. Our consultants are trained to proofread all orders
however, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event locations, town, or street names, the date of your event or
anything out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation where you will be able to review
the spelling of your text. Contact us immediately if you see you need to make a correction.
